How does commission work?

You can add a commission to herbal medicine prescriptions when your client pays Balance Healthcare directly. There is a choice of either a fixed fee or a percentage of the prescription, and the balance will be credited to you at the end of the month.
How long will it take to be prepared and dispatched?

The preparation of bespoke, high quality FCG prescriptions coupled with our vigorous safety checks takes time. Due to the high volume of prescription’s we process each day we strongly recommend orders are placed and completed as early in the day as possible (before12) for next day delivery. However, this cannot be guaranteed during particularly busy times, any orders not fulfilled on the same day will be dispatched the next working day.
Can I include a clinic logo for the label?

Yes certainly, please upload an image in your Account details and we will personalise the label for you.
How will the prescription be packaged?

The formula will be directly dispensed into individual doses in green foil sachets (usually two per day).
These are placed into small white cardboard boxes or brown paper bag, with a preparation instruction label on the back, and the personalised label on the front.

How are my orders packaged for dispatch?

Prescriptions are packaged in cardboard boxes as standard, however please feel free to contact us if minor adjustments are required, such as flat packing for letterboxes or travel.
Will the delivery need to be signed for?

All orders are sent out on a tracked next day delivery service to ensure safe delivery of your prescriptions. Please inform us at the time of ordering if there is a preferred neighbour or safe place.
Which delivery services are available?

We dispatch the majority of our domestic prescriptions via a Royal Mail next day, fully trackable service at a cost of £4.95. Alternatives can be arranged on request.
Our international orders are usually dispatched via a trackable FedEx service, cost varies, please ask for a quote.
